Over 25 years, ICANSERVE has evolved and expanded its advocacy to promote early detection and timely access to proper treatment across the continuum of breast cancer care. Its flagship program, Ating Dibdibin, is a comprehensive, institutionalized community-based breast cancer screening and patient navigation program made possible through partnerships with local government units.

The foundation advocates early breast cancer detection and has touched the lives of over 300,000 women in the past 25 years, educating them on early detection guidelines and reminding them to take charge of their health.

As a founding member of Cancer Coalition Philippines, ICANSERVE was instrumental in the passage of the National Integrated Cancer Control Act in 2019. The foundation continues to advocate for the full implementation of the law to ensure that no cancer patient gets left behind.
