In a rare move that departs from the conventions of luxury retail, UNIVERS and ARCHIVES unveil ALL MUST GO, a three-day, off-grid warehouse sale bringing together past-season designer pieces accumulated over decades.
Running from May 15 to 17 at Leap Studios, 2235 Chino Roces Ave., Makati, the event is the first time UNIVERS is opening its archives at scale, giving the public access to a curated selection of garments that trace the evolution of contemporary fashion retail in Manila.
Definitely not your run-of-the-mill sale, ALL MUST GO is both a commercial release and a cultural experience: a reset of inventory, but also a resurfacing of fashion history. Pieces span fashion eras, including selections that have long disappeared from the shop floor, with some returning after years in storage.

The selection is a multi-brand lineup spanning of-the-moment labels, such as A.P.C., Acne Studios, and Dries Van Noten; cult and archival names including Christopher Raeburn, Giuliano Fujiwara, Several, Yeezy, Band of Outsiders, and Costume National, alongside timeless designers such as Saint Laurent, Jil Sander, Paco Rabanne, Yohji Yamamoto, and Helmut Lang.
Discounts of up to 70 percent off will be applied across limited quantities and sizes, reinforcing the event’s central premise: once pieces move, they will not return.
Set in a raw, warehouse-style environment, the experience deliberately strips away the polished codes of luxury retail. In their place: immediacy, discovery, and urgency. “ALL MUST GO reflects a shift in how we think about retail,” says Jappy Gonzalez, UNIVERS managing director. “More than just about making room for the new, it’s about recontextualizing what already exists, and giving it a second life in a different moment.”
With limited capacity and expected high demand, access will be managed through registration, with walk-ins accommodated subject to space availability.
