Main character Na Hwa-jin (Kim Moo-yul) is a former special forces officer and inspector at the ERPB. He resolves school-related issues in his own decisive way. Though blunt and intimidating, he always stands with victims, listens closely, and offers sincere support.
Choi Gang-seok (Lee Sung-min) is the Minister of Education who founded the Office for the ERPB. Facing criticism over its methods, he defends its purpose and speaks firmly
about the true meaning of education, while fully supporting the inspectors’ work.
