Kavana returns to Manila

’90s favorite is back in a part of the world that ‘has always shown me so much love’

British favorite Kavana is officially back. After years away from the stage, he has announced his long-awaited return with Second Act Asia Tour 2026, a meaningful moment for fans who grew up with his music and have been hoping for this reunion.

Kavana comes to New Frontier Theater, Araneta City, on Sunday, 13 December 2026, for one night only, as part of a three-city run with Jakarta and Singapore.

Rising to prominence in the late ’90s, Kavana became known for his heartfelt songwriting, infectious melodies, and unmistakably British sound that resonated well beyond the UK. This return is not simply a trip down memory lane, but a celebration of music that defined a generation and continues to resonate with listeners today.

“This tour is incredibly special to us,” he said. “Asia has always shown me so much love. Coming back after all these years feels emotional, honest, and long overdue.”

Fans can look forward to a setlist that brings together classic Kavana favorites alongside new material, marking an exciting new chapter while staying true to the sound fans know and love. Each show runs at least 90 minutes and promises an intimate yet powerful live experience, nostalgic, raw, and deeply personal.

The announcement has already sparked excitement across fan communities, many of whom have long hoped to see Kavana perform live again. For those who grew up with his songs, as well as new listeners discovering them for the first time, this tour is set to be a standout moment.

His biggest hit in Asia, Will You Wait for Me?, from his second album Instinct, remains his best-loved song across the region. Kavana was named Best Male Singer at the 1997 Smash Hits Poll Winners Party in London, the same night he shared the stage with the Spice Girls, Backstreet Boys, Boyzone, and Hanson. I Can Make You Feel Good, his first UK top 10 single, was originally recorded by the American R&B group Shalamar. His second album, Instinct, was recorded in Italy in the summer of 1998 and went platinum in Asia.

The show is set for Sunday, 13 December 2026, at the New Frontier Theater, Araneta City, Quezon City. Register for early access at iamkavana.com. For the latest updates, follow Kavana (@kavana_real) and @flabbergastproductions on social media.
