Solaire Resort North has the newest addition to its roster of restaurants—Trattoria e Dolci celebrates Italy’s richest flavors, the latest destination for Italian cuisine in Quezon City.
Over 30 handcrafted gelato flavors and desserts
The Trattoria section has a selection of Neapolitan-style pizzas baked in traditional brick ovens from Naples, using authentic Italian ingredients, with cheeses and wines. The restaurant’s signature pizza, the Trattoria pizza, is a blend of mortadella, burrata, and ground pistachios.
For sweet treats, Dolci offers 30 handcrafted gelatos and gelato-based desserts.
Trattoria e Dolci has warm ambiance, that Italian vibe, with beautiful mosaic tables, bespoke furniture, and marble counters. A vintage jukebox plays memorable melodies for diners.
