Chef Robby has a reputable list of renowned casual dining restaurants such as the Greek restaurants Souv and Cyma Greek Taverna, his restaurant group’s most prominent flagship brand.
Chef Robby’s professional career has been fueled by his desire to provide the country’s dining market with more and better choices by creating, innovating, and building distinct food service concepts. Cyma, for example, was the product of his drive.
