To Jam, 27, a Fine Arts graduate (major in painting) of Philippine Women’s University, painting is a visual language about a moment, an emotion, or an experience which allows viewers to find their own meaning and make their own connection.

“My artistic style is mainly abstract and impressionistic. My strokes are intuitive and expressive.  I’m drawn to vibrant colors, but my palette usually depends on the emotion or atmosphere I want to express,” she says.

Born in Hinigaran, Negros Occidental, she heeded her passion for art at an early age, inspired not only by young emotions and experiences, but also by the nature surrounding her and the places she went to, all captured in masterful strokes, colors, textures that evoke movement and mood.

The exhibition also features the works of Gilbert Angeles known for his Recycled Art, and Waldz Villanueva for his masterful  bold colors in dyptych or triptych style.
