This Valentine’s season, National Artist for Music Ryan Cayabyab returns to the stage with the Love Letters, happening February 13 to 15, 2026, at Rockwell’s Proscenium Theater. Building on the success of its inaugural run, this second chapter in the MaestroClass Concert Series, Love Letters focuses on songs about love, allowing Cayabyab to engage more closely with the audience through dialogue and performance.
Presented by Rockwell, Love Letters is fittingly staged over Valentine’s weekend. It is a tribute to the timeless works of George Canseco, Jose Mari Chan, and Willy Cruz, composers whose songs defined the golden era of OPM, and remain the melodies we think of when we speak of enduring love.

National Artist Ryan Cayabyab returns to the Proscenium stage for ‘MaestroClass: Love Letters.’
For this special Valentine’s, the Maestro brings together three of Original Pilipino Music’s favorite voices: Basil Valdez, Celeste Legaspi, and Ogie Alcasid.
Basil Valdez, known for his rich, soulful voice, is the interpreter behind many of OPM’s most enduring ballads, including Kastilyong Buhangin, Gaano Kadalas ang Minsan, and Tuwing Umuulan at Kapiling Ka—songs that have become synonymous with Filipino romance.
Celeste Legaspi, respected singer, actress, and cultural advocate, has been a defining voice in Philippine music for decades, celebrated for her elegant interpretations and deep contribution to Filipino culture. Ogie Alcasid, multi-award-winning singer and songwriter, brings his warmth and storytelling to the stage, bridging generations through a body of work that includes classics such as Kailangan Kita, Kahit Na, and Sinasamba Kita.
Led by Ryan Cayabyab, Love Letters presents a carefully curated journey, from songs that defined first loves to melodies that have endured through time.
