Loewe presents actor Jamie Dornan as the new global brand ambassador. Known for his acclaimed film and television roles, Dornan has been featured in several Lowe campaigns, including the SS24 men’s runway collection campaign photographed by David Sims, launched on January 12.
Creative director Jonathan Anderson says, “Having watched many of Jamie’s films and following his work closely, for us, he was front of mind when thinking about a new ambassador for Loewe. I’ve always liked how his performances embody a sense of strength that feels very pure and organic.” Dornan says, “Nothing puts you at ease like being around people who understand your humor, your accent, and your ethos. It’s been an absolute pleasure working with Jonathan—he’s supremely talented, creative, and incredibly down-to-earth. I’m very grateful and excited for this new role with Loewe.”
Jamie Dornan has just received Golden Globes and Critics Choice Award nominations for his role in Kenneth Branagh’s Belfast (2021). He first gained attention for his riveting performance as a serial killer in the BBC drama The Fall, which won him an Irish Film and Television Award for Best Actor and a BAFTA TV Award nomination. Dornan stars in the critically-acclaimed drama The Tourist, which premiered to record ratings for the BBC and STAN in January 2022. Season 2 premieres in early 2024. The actor can be seen in Branagh’s A Haunting in Venice (2023) and in Netflix’s Heart of Stone (2023), opposite Gal Gadot.
