Nobu Manila now takes diners on a different culinary journey every weekend by offering a lavish buffet spread with live cooking stations of Wagyu rump steak, smoked whole brisket, or other featured carvings of the week. Its seafood station offers fresh oysters, and fresh chilled shrimp and lobsters.

A Japanese buffet experience isn’t complete without a wide selection of premium sashimi, sushi, and maki roll creations with Nobu signature sauces. There is also an all-you-can-eat a la carte menu of new-style Japanese cuisine popularized by world renowned Chef Nobu Matsuhisa that awaits Nobu Weekend Brunch diners.

The brunch buffet, open from 11:30 am to 3 pm, also features an extensive selection of appetizers, kushiyaki or grilled and skewered meat and vegetables, and hot dishes.

There are also Filipino-inspired dishes like the Wagyu or Pork Sisig prepared the Nobu way.

“Each weekend brunch experience is different, as we always try to offer new dishes to add variety to the regular brunch offerings,” said Nobu Manila Head Chef Michael de Jesus.

“And some items in the Sunday brunch menu change weekly, depending on the seasonality of ingredients, ensuring that only the best is being offered alongside well-loved Nobu dishes,” Chef De Jesus added. “The weekly changes excite our diners because they can look forward to a different experience exploring new dishes, while savoring unlimited helpings of their Nobu signature favorites.”

Diners can also choose from the different brunch packages:

• Regular – includes unlimited non-alcoholic drinks and mocktails
• Standard – with unlimited beverages in the regular package plus a host of select red and white wine, cocktails, local beers, and spirits
• Premium – with unlimited beverages included in the regular and standard packages plus unlimited champagne and champagne cocktails

A good brunch experience is not complete without exceptional service and a leisurely ambiance. The service staff are warm and friendly, anticipative of guests’ needs, trained in the signature Nobu style of service. Guests also get to choose their seating preferences, whether in the spacious indoor dining area with two private dining rooms, or al fresco in the tropical-themed patio and any of the five floating cabanas surrounded by cooling water features and a lush garden. The Nobu ambiance is perfect for a leisurely brunch affair.

The Nobu Weekend brunch is a distinctive experience in luxury. That’s not only because of the quality and selection of dishes offered in the buffet, but also in how the dishes are prepared a la minute from the brunch’s a la carte menu. It’s the best of both buffet and a la carte dining. It’s having the most recognized Nobu favorites on your plate, and unlimited, too.

All Nobu restaurants around the world follow “kokoro,” Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s passionate philosophy on food. This essence behind his globally renowned cuisine, is reflected in each dish served and the kind of service offered, marking this as the “Nobu experience.”
