The Italian steaks use top-quality US, Japanese, or Australian beef cuts (starting at Php 5,000++). Other Italian signature dishes are the Linguine al Pesto, Lasagna alla Bolognese, and the Pollo al Mattone.
On Sundays, there’s the semi-buffet brunch—with a variety of antipasti, family-style roast in the carving station, and decadent dessert selection. The waiters and chefs bring around specialty dishes in an elegant yet warm and friendly atmosphere.
Guests can avail themselves of the Finestra Sunday Brunch starting at Php 4,999++, inclusive of selected alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. An upgrade of Php 688++ has free-flow Prosecco Tosso or Cava Rose, or Php 1,388++ for free-flow Champagne Nicolas Feuilatte.
