The distinct tastes of China’s regions are in the favorites such as the classic braised e-fu noodles with mixed mushrooms, crispy roasted duck, appetizing deep-fried garlic chicken with a special sauce, and succulent Dong Po-style pyramid pork belly served with mantou.
