Solaire is all set to welcome the Year of the Water Tiger, with its Chinese New Year surprises.
At Red Lantern, starting January 31, is a special a la carte menu: the rich Red Lantern Treasure Pot with 12 ingredients including seafood, poultry, and meats, as well as fresh vegetables, enticing servings of stir-fried prawns and scallops with asparagus lily bulbs and goji berries, as well as irresistible bites of stir-fried Australian M9 wagyu beef striploin.
There’s also the Prosperity Yu Sheng with smoked salmon in the four curated set menus. The distinct tastes of China’s regions are in the favorites such as the classic braised e-fu noodles with mixed mushrooms, crispy roasted duck, appetizing deep-fried garlic chicken with a special sauce, and succulent Dong Po-style pyramid pork belly served with mantou.
Another sought-after offer is the Dimsum Eat-All-You-Can which also gets a Chinese New Year spin— with a line-up of cult picks and event exclusives plus a complimentary Yu Sheng Toss that will ring in a blessed year ahead.
Lucky Noodles will also have special Year of the Water Tiger dishes. There’s also Solaire’s selection of luxury Chinese New Year hampers— the Fortune Hamper, the Gong Xi Fa Cai Hamper, and the Luxury & Fortune Exclusive Hamper.
