For the Fall-Winter 2025/26 runway show, Tod’s values come to life through the exclusive installation of Nelly Agassi: a sculptural dress made from recycled leather fragments, worn by top model Carla Bruni holding a needle, the symbol of craftsmanship and savoir faire. This work celebrates the transformation of materials through manual skill, echoing the theme of Artisanal Intelligence which celebrates the wisdom of master craftsmen and the quality of Tod’s, reminding that behind every product there are skilled hands and great human experience that no one can ever replace.

For the upcoming Fall-Winter season, Tod’s creative director Matteo Tamburini envisions a woman who embodies the Italian Lifestyle with strength and personality, embodying authentic elegance and charisma that follows no rules. These influences intertwine with the evocative images of artists like Irving Penn, whose works explore the subtle tension between fragility and emotional intensity. A perfect balance that translates into sophisticated garments and accessories, deeply rooted in reality and the value of craftsmanship.
Outerwear dominates the scene, with elongated, streamlined, and refined silhouettes, while intricate details enhance the quality of the craftsmanship. The color palette plays with natural shades, enriched by accents of deep burgundy and olive green, alongside classic black and white.
Materials play a central role, from the oversized double-layer cashmere coat to the Pea Coat with leather details, to the trench and bomber made of Pashmy suede or nappa leather. Extraordinarily soft, silky and light raw materials that express excellence in the research and selection of the finest leathers, evoking the delicacy and refinement of pashmina.
The footwear features the Gommino Glove in napped python, the legendary W.G. ankle boot that reinvents itself in a brushed Chelsea boot version, alongside the classic lace-up style. The Barretta model, with its distinctive metal band, is available as a loafer or riding boot made with a modern interpretation.
The Di Bag Folio, in both maxi and small versions, is dressed in a sophisticated material patchwork that alternates precious leathers, also inspiring the artistic installation related to the collection. The Wave Bag is lightened, finding the perfect balance between structure and softness, while the new Sacca Tank shoulder bag comes in ostrich or ultra-soft suede. A tribute to authentic craftsmanship: the brand’s iconic models are enhanced with a personalized tag featuring the image of the artisan who crafted them, celebrating the human value behind each creation.
