The Philippines’ popular art event—the forerunner of the premier art fairs—marks a milestone on March 15, its 20th anniversary, at the Jaime Velasquez Park in Salcedo Village, Makati City.

In keeping with its legacy, it will have a curated selection of works from 55 exhibitors, representing galleries, art collectives, independent art spaces, and student groups. True to the principle behind its establishment, prices remain accessible—capped at Php 70,000.

More than just an outdoor fair, Art in the Park continues to serve a deeper purpose. A portion of the proceeds from every sale goes directly to the Museum Foundation of the Philippines, in support of its vital projects and initiatives in preserving and promoting the nation’s cultural and historical heritage.

In recognition of two decades of partnership, the Museum Foundation of the Philippines is presenting a new grant named after the event: the Art in the Park: the NMP Legacy Grant. This grant honors the fair’s valuable contribution to the Foundation’s mission and its enduring impact on the local art community.

Work by featured artist Ayka Go

This year’s fair features contemporary Filipina visual artist Ayka Go, who’s known for her delicate work with paper and for her  collages and the translation of three-dimension forms into ethereal paintings. Go’s work draws viewers into a world of memory and materiality.
