K-drama fans, get ready to sing your heart out with your favorite K-drama Original Soundtrack (OST) singers in what should be a most “dramatic” concert.
Artists Soyou, HEIZE, Lyn, and EXO’s Chen will be featured in KOSTCON (Koream OST Concert) at the SM Mall of Asia Arena on Aug. 6, 2025. The concert series kicks off in Jakarta on August 2, followed by Manila, Dubai (September 5), Bangkok (September 13), and Penang (October 25).
The concert will have seven acts centered on big themes within their K-dramas, such as “First Love” and “Heartbreak.” All acts will be led by one of the artists from the line-up, and they’ll sing their iconic K-drama songs and a few of their other iconic songs beyond the soundtracks. These top idols and artists from Korea will get to perform some of their songs. It promises to be one full package of a concert.
Organizers Kelebrity and HiFive Asia aim to create an unforgettable night, working with Korean broadcasting stations and Netflix to clear the rights to iconic K-drama scenes to be shown on the big screen, complete with subtitles.
“We want concertgoers to feel like they’re the main characters of the dramas,” notes Kelebrity CEO David Shin when asked what the audience can expect. “It’s not easy to get Korea’s biggest OST artists on a single stage. Each artist will take an act. Each act will have a specific theme for which each artist will deliver the story.”
Shin continues, “We really wanted to show the OSTs are not just BGM (background music) of K-dramas. They’re a powerful tool to deliver the emotions of K-drama. We want to make it another genre in its own right. We want to extend their emotional love and share the music with fanbases all around the world.”
This concept is a first in K-drama tradition—a K-drama concert that brings iconic K-drama series live onstage.
On the song list are classic songs like Secret Garden for older fans who have been around around since the early Hallyu wave.
The Korean top artists coming to the Philippines have never been together onstage in such a concert series covering five countries.
Ticket prices range from Gen Ad tickets starting at P1,500, to VVIP at P13,000. Shin wants to make KOSTCON accessible and make it a fan- and family-oriented show, with group discounts at 10 percent off per ticket for groups of 10 and above, and 20 percent off for groups of 20 per single transaction.
Tickets are already available on SM TICKETS online, so avoid the drama and be sure to secure your tickets sooner rather than later!
