Learn about the art and legacy of Juvenal Sansó in Stories in Art, a generative writing class on ekphrasis on May 31, 2025.
Fundacion Sansó’s executive director Ricky Francisco will take participants on a guided tour of works by the Spanish-born artist, who explored many mediums and techniques and found his niche in expressionist painting.
After a lecture on an ekphrastic work, participants will do a looking exercise, then create their own ekphrastic poem or story.
