The Café, Hyatt Regency Manila, City of Dreams’ interactive show-kitchen restaurant, reopens its door for lunch and dinner buffet dining serving deliciously curated local and international cuisine—all in one hefty buffet spread. This is in addition to the popular buffet breakfast.

The Café, the new outpost for tasty and quality buffet dining, brings added delight to foodies, who will discover that the buffets also offer affordable prices, inclusive of free-flowing juices, local draft beer, red and white house wines at dinner and lunch. Dishes prepared à la minute by experienced chefs animate the live culinary theater in the restaurant’s vibrant cooking stations. Each station reflects a destination, a regional produce, or culture, and provides a great way for you to indulge in various cuisines in one dining experience.

Evolving menu cycles ensure a different dining experience during the week. The buffet stations consist of the classics and chefs’ innovations—Italian and other Western favorites, Asian comfort fare such as dim sum, popular Filipino and Southeast Asian dishes, a selection of Japanese staples, and a Carving of the Day, which is a dinner exclusive. Charcuteries, cheeses, breads, a variety of noodles and rice options, healthy choices such as seafood, soups, salads, and an array of pastries and other sweet delights complete the spread. Engaging displays of fresh produce complement the buffet stations.

The modern, high-ceiling interiors enhance the dining experience in the spacious 345-seat restaurant. The Café offers seating options in the main and elevated sections, ideal for get-togethers for families and friends. Two private dining rooms, each accommodating 10 guests each, are available.

The Café’s buffets are offered at: P2,500 net, dinner; P1,450 net, lunch, and P1,400 net, breakfast. Breakfast rate is inclusive of free-flowing coffee and tea. The Café buffets are available at 6:30 to 11 a.m. for breakfast, 12 noon to 3 p.m. for lunch, and 5:30 to 11 p.m. for dinner.
